Oh gosh, I am thinking about the end of the year already,  Coles Christmas puddings have prompted me! From December I will be slowing down and taking some time off for maternity leave.

I will be finishing up in the clinic at the end of December. I will be offering Skype consultations to existing clients for the month of January.

Skype consults

Throughout the month of January, I will continue with clients via Skype. Skype consults can be booked via calling reception  02 9158 3850 or booking online here. Skype consults are claimable via private health insurance. For a 30 minute follow up consultation is $75.00.

Herbal mix’s and supplements

While on leave, I will still be mixing up and dispensing liquid herbs and supplements. If you are low and want to stock up simple call reception 02 9158 3850 or email me to arrange and I will have them posted to you.

When will I be back

I plan to be back in the clinic in July/August 2019. I will, however, continue to see clients via Skype and stay active with seminars, conferences and keeping up to date with changes in the industry.

  • Growing a smaller version of yourself takes a lot of work. The third trimester is a time of rapid growth and brain development, so the protein requirement for the baby via the mother is increased.

The average female has a daily protein requirement of 0.8 gram per kilogram. If you become pregnant, your protein requirement will begin to increase and by the third trimester, you will require 1.1 grams per kilogram. 70kg = 77kg
