My Services and Products - Disclaimer

There are several ways you may choose to work with me that are available to purchase or book through my website. The terms and conditions in this document apply to all of my services and products unless alternative terms are explicitly stated.

I offer:

I offer online consultations and health programs. My intention is to help people improve their health and wellness with naturopathy.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in health science from the Sothern School of Natural Therapies (2012)

I keep my skills up to date with continuing professional development, researching the latest developments, papers and scientific reviews. I take all reasonable care and due diligence, committing to best practice policies, education and information within the health and wellness space to support my clients. For all clients and customers to ensure your safety, know all information provided here is general in nature, and any health concerns, changes – diet, lifestyle and supplementation, please seek the advice of your health care practitioner.

It is important to read all the information about working together, I also suggest booking a clarity call so you can clearly understand the working relationship, how I can help and what you need to be aware of.  As with anything there are risks involved, I ask you disclose your health information, medications, supplements and history to help me make a safe and effective treatment plan. As all people can react and respond differently to care, I ask you keep me updated if and when you notice any changes to your symptoms, new symptoms, pregnancy, or medication so I can adjust your plan accordingly. If you are unsure about something, if you feel unwell while working together, I ask you contact me immediately to discuss. I opt for a phone call vs email to ensure things are clearly explained, we are on the same page, and nothing can be misinterpreted or missed.

I work best with women or men experiencing acne. I work best with women experiencing hormonal issues, such as heavy period or PMS. I work best with people committed to making dietary and lifestyle changes to improve their overall healthy and those who can take accountability for their actions.

Payment Terms

I accept credit cards and PayPal.

Any credit card payments and details protected by encryption and do you have an SSL certificate.

Payment is required in full on the day of the consultation.

Appointment Policies

All my appointments are via Cliniko an online platform that allows video calls. Prior to the appointment you will receive a link for our appointment. You can take the call on mobile, desktop or tablet. You do not need to download any apps or technology to use this service.

It is best to take the call some where private and quiet. Some where you can talk comfortably and freely without being disturbed.

Prior to the call you will receive and email with a questionnaire to fill out, details to email over any recent tests and if you are seeing me for acne or a skin concern instruction on how to send over photos.

Whilst it is understandable that things occur at the last minute, please ensure you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, otherwise, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

For a ‘no show’ appointment or cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, the full consultation fee will be charged.

This policy is in place because we have allocated a specific time to spend with you and have spent time preparing for your session. There is frequently a waiting list for appointments. If you are unable to attend, sufficient notice allows another client the opportunity for an appointment.

For valid reasons, such as injury or illness, there will be no charge, however, this is at the discretion of the Practitioner.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call reception on (02) 9158 3850

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns, issues or complaint arising out of your use of this website, my products or services, or these terms and conditions, we agree to communicate with the intention of making a genuine effort to seek a win/win solution, trying to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion. Please contact me via email to discuss

If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, we agree to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an independent accredited mediator, seeking online dispute resolution or mediation by telephone if we are not both in NSW, Australia.

The mediator is to be appointed by agreement between us or, failing agreement within twenty-one (21) days of the first notification of the dispute, the person initiating the dispute will seek the appointment of a dispute resolution professional by the Resolution Institute: https://www.resolution.institute/resolving-disputes/get-a-professional.

The Resolution Institute Mediation Rules shall apply to the mediation, and we agree to share the costs of mediation equally between us.

We agree that neither of us will commence legal action until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion, you may access the complaints procedure offered by ANTA here: https://www.australiannaturaltherapistsassociation.com.au/

We both agree that we shall not publicly or privately disparage each other, or anyone connected with the other’s business, but rather shall act in good faith to refrain from any conduct or communication which might reasonably be expected to interfere with the business and/or personal interests of each other.

This agreement is subject to the governing law of NSW, Australia. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of NSW, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
